Three Weeks of Exciting Beginnings at STADA Pymepharco

I’m thrilled to reflect on my first three weeks at STADA Pymepharco, which kicked off with so much energy, learning, and memorable connections!
📍 Week 1: A Warm Welcome in Ho Chi Minh City
It was incredible to meet the dynamic Commercial team in Ho Chi Minh City and to witness the signing ceremony with our new strategic partner, Pharmacity. What a fantastic start to our journey of building stronger partnerships for the future!
Big thanks to Stéphane Jacqmin, Philippe Gautron and their entire team for the warm welcome and support. From there, I traveled to Tuy Hoa, Dak Lak, where I had the privilege of meeting the site leadership team, alongside our Global TechOps leaders Jesús Corchero, Rehan Smit, and Monica Aragoneses Palomo—a truly collaborative experience with insightful business reviews to kick off my onboarding journey.
I was proud to share my clear commitment to all employees in STADA Pymepharco:

2️⃣ I will champion a Growth Culture for our success.

📍 Week 2: Delivering Excellence
We successfully completed our internal GMP audit, demonstrating our high EU GMP standards at both sites—a testament to the hard work and dedication of our teams. Moreover, we launched our new homepage. And wrapped the week with a wonderful team dinner. 🍽️
📍 Week 3: Preparing the Coming
We kicked off our budgeting process, ensuring we’re set up for success in the months ahead. It’s inspiring to see everyone’s commitment to strategic planning and execution. Moreover, we celebrated our 36th anniversary.
