Bad Vilbel, May 8, 2013 –
STADA Arzneimittel AG congratulates the RSV Lahn-Dill on its successful season. After winning the league championship and Cup double, the wheelchair basketball team closed out their schedule by participating in the Champions League finals in Valladolid, Spain. The wheelchair basketball players from Wetzlar were previously once again able to celebrate the Cup and league championship double. STADA has been supporting the RSV Lahn-Dill for nearly 20 years.
Overall, the RSV has won the league championship and cup ten times. The team has also managed to win the Champion's League a total of five times. In 2010, the team also won the World Cup in Japan. Manager Andreas Joneck emphasizes: "Strong partners like STADA create the conditions that are necessary for this success and are therefore extremely important for us as a team."
The commitment to both mass participation sport and high-performance sport is firmly anchored in STADA's self image.
