STADA with a new Internet presence and its own YouTube channel

Bad Vilbel March 6, 2012 – As of today, STADA Arzneimittel AG is presenting itself with a new Internet presence. Under or the Company has adapted its website to the current requirements of modern online communication in order to even better meet the different wishes and needs of the individual target groups. To this end, STADA has revised both the content and the design.
“Using a more modern and interactive presence, we want to demonstrate our progressive corporate culture also to the outside world. A more specific menu navigation system and an expanded target group approach now takes even greater consideration of the requirements of journalists, other opinion leaders and employees. With regularly updated content, a visit to our website is now worthwhile for even more target groups” says Hartmut Retzlaff, Chairman of the Executive Board of STADA Arzneimittel AG, talking about the new developments on the STADA website.
Effective immediately, in the new section “STADA news” the Company presents weekly updated contents on various topics. In the health care area, a comprehensive glossary with the title “STADApedia” helps when trying to find answers to health-related questions alongside the already known and popular services – among other things, in the form of interactive tests and brochures. For medical professionals such as doctors, pharmacists and pharmacist’s assistants, STADA offers online training on diverse health care topics on the website, whose scope is likely to be expanded. Publicly traded interested parties still find comprehensive information about STADA securities and the area of investor relations. STADA employees and potential employees can find out about news on careers and job vacancies on the website.
Since STADA is increasing its activities in the area of online communication as well as being active in the area of social media, it now has its own YouTube channel at in order to connect directly with the various target groups via these channels. Thus, films about certain illnesses such as asthma or high blood pressure should help patients to better understand their disease. It is precisely in the health care area, that complex procedures in the body can be illustrated very well using videos, as for many the Internet is the first place to go when they want to find out about health care topics.
