STADA: Executive Board contract of Chief Financial Officer Helmut Kraft extended by four years

Bad Vilbel, January 17, 2014 –

On January 17, 2014, the Supervisory Board of STADA Arzneimittel AG extended the appointment of Helmut Kraft as Chief Financial Officer by four years until December 31, 2018. Kraft has been Chief Financial Officer at STADA Arzneimittel AG since January 1, 2010. His previous contract would have ended on December 31, 2014. As Member of the Executive Board, Kraft is responsible for Controlling and Accounting, Treasury, Taxes, Investor Relations, Internal Audit and IT.


The Executive Board of STADA Arzneimittel AG thus continues to consist of Hartmut Retzlaff, Chairman of the Executive Board, Helmut Kraft, Chief Financial Officer, and
Dr. Matthias Wiedenfels, Chief Business Development & Central Services Officer.
