Purpose in Action: Global Caring Day 2025 – One Day, One Purpose, One STADA! 🌍💙
This week, colleagues from more than 20 countries across our global STADA community once again came together to put our purpose “Caring for People’s Health” into action. Global Caring Day has become a shared moment of connection – a day where teams across countries and sites unite to support people in need and strengthen well-being in their communities. Building on last year’s strong engagement, this year again focused on one thing: turning care into concrete action.
What stood out in 2025 was the wide range of initiatives that brought this purpose to life. Across many countries, blood donation remained a central focus. Beyond blood donation, colleagues engaged in activities that strengthened health, inclusion and community well-being: connecting with residents in senior homes, taking part in health check-ups and supporting local initiatives that promote awareness, solidarity and care. Educational sessions, Christmas gift collections and community projects for vulnerable groups added further momentum across our markets.
